This is a send-in modification and repair service from ZuleForge. You ship your existing Tartarus device to us. We install the selected work, test it, and return it ready for use.
This is not a Razer factory service and does not include a new keypad unless you order a separate prebuilt.
Available work includes:
- Joystick upgrades (Planar, Pivot, Joy-Con, Touchpad)
- D-Pad or switch repair
- Detachable USB cable modification
- Combined repair and detachable modification
Included with every service: professional installation, full function testing before return shipment, and return shipping. Typical turnaround is about 2–5 weeks after your device arrives.

Service terms: customer-supplied devices only. Modified devices may have slight cosmetic variation. No refunds if the device is opened, altered, or tampered with after it is returned to you. Warranty claims are evaluated after inspection.
