Refund and Returns Policy

At ZuleForge, we stand behind the quality of our products and modifications. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read the policy below to understand how returns and refunds are handled.


🔁 30-Day Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. To qualify, the item must be in its original condition—clean, undamaged, and free of tampering or unauthorized modifications.


💥 Defective Items

If your product arrives defective or non-functional, you may be eligible for:

  • A full refund, or
  • A replacement/exchange, depending on inventory availability.

All defective items will be inspected upon return. If the item is confirmed to be faulty due to a manufacturer or modding defect, we’ll process your refund or exchange at no additional cost. If no defect is found, the return will be treated as a non-defective return (see below).


⚠️ Non-Defective Returns

If you’re returning an item for reasons such as:

  • Changed mind
  • Ordered the wrong item
  • No longer needed

A 30% restocking fee will apply. Additionally:

  • The item must be in fully functional, like-new condition.
  • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

🚫 Tampered, Damaged, or Modified Returns

Returns will not be accepted if the item has:

  • Been tampered with or opened beyond intended use
  • Suffered physical damage after delivery
  • Been modified by anyone other than ZuleForge

Items that do not pass inspection will be sent back or disposed of at the customer’s expense.


📦 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at 📧 [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We’ll issue a Return Authorization (RA) number with instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method. ZuleForge is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days.

🛠️ Custom Modifications

Custom products (e.g., detachable USB ports, custom palm rests) are only eligible for return if defective. Restocking fees may still apply, depending on the level of customization and item condition.
